Dual licensing Solaris?

There are several rumours about a dual licensing of solaris unter CDDL and GPLv3. This would be a good move, because it would stop all the “Solaris is not GPLed” at an instance. BTW: No customer was capable to explain me, why the license GPL is important for his production systems.
