The story behind my decision to work for Sun

Five and a half years ago, i had two job opportunities, which were in my final round of decision. One was a job with an exceptional salary as a manager in Frankfurt, but, well … it was in Frankfurt, and this counts as a big disadvantage for me. And i had this offer from Sun without an exceptional salary but with a vast amount of freedom in Hamburg. So it was a remi between the offers. I drove to both cities, i´ve took long walks in both cities. When i drove home, it was already dark and i took the scenic route to the Autobahn. Not the shortest one. And finally this view decided about my new job:
