Sun rays are breaking through the cloud.

I’m running a Sun Ray server for my family quite a while now, but i’m still managing the server. Stephen drives the concept of getting rid of desktops a whole step further: In his artlcle “Sun Ray in OpenSolaris 2009.06 on Amazon EC2” he explains how he configured a SunRay Server in Amazons EC2 cloud. So essentially he put his desktop into the cloud. Let’s further assume, that you can use the SunRay soft client, that will find its way into the Sun Ray Server Software 5, you can access your desktop from wherever you want, as long you have a internet conction with reasonable latency. And you are not bound to a Sun Ray device. And perhaps a reasonable way to get compute power into your netbook :)
